NoiseFloor Adds Fifth Studio

River North post-production audio facility NoiseFloor has completed work on their fifth audio room, built to handle sound editorial, sfx creation and sound design.
“With our AR/VR/360 room that we added in January and the ever growing film and commercial markets in Chicago, we were in need of more support in the sound creation area,” says Jamie Vanadia, one of the partners along with Cory Coken at NoiseFloor, Ltd.
Sound Designer Bryen Hensley believes the addition of the new room will aid the studio's work with video game designers.
“With all the video game sound design work we are doing, it is imperative that we have another room that can handle that type of design,” he said.
Coken said that the studio is a particularly important and timely addition that will facilitate the company's expansion plans.
“We are expanding into a few new markets by the end of this year," Coken said. "This room is currently a huge asset and will continue to play a big role in getting those business ventures rolling.”
