We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Rental Admin in our Chicago shop to take care of our Rentals Desk. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable customer service and office management experience, and to contribute to a growing company. The Rental Admin will be responsible for much of the Camera Ambassador admin work, so strong attention to detail is required, camera knowledge, and creative problem solving is key! Hours are 9:30a-6:00p M-F and Saturdays from 9:30a-6:00p as scheduled. Job Description: - Answering Phones -Managing Emails -Performing Various Administrative Tasks - Creating quote/Booking orders - Prepping orders - List checking orders - Inventory Management - Mail Management - Make Sure That The Office Runs Smoothly, which includes keeping supplies in stock, making sure administrative and office staff are doing their job, working with vendors, planning events, making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe Required Skills: - Camera equipment experience - Great Communication Skills - You will need to be able to listen and communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, management, and others. - Great Phone/Email Skills - Detail Oriented - Dynamic Thinker and Problem Solver - Self-Motivated Additional Skills are a Plus: - Rental Experience - Production Experience - Camera Experience Please email your resume and previous work samples if available.
